The benefits of the NEOREST NX1 begin even before use with a softly illuminating nightlight to guide you in the dark and the hands-free lid that automatically opens as you approach.
Next, an automatic Premist spray wets the CEFIONTECT® toilet bowl surface. CEFIONTECT is TOTO’s ceramic glazing that prohibits waste from sticking to the bowl. The combination of the Premist and the CEFIONTECT minimize the frequency of cleaning which helps reduce the amount of chemicals required to clean the toilet and the amount of time you spend cleaning.
While in use, the contoured seat is heated with five temperature settings for personalized comfort while an automatic air deodorizer activates to hide unpleasant odors.
Conveniently access the remote control to change any settings and start the cleanse process. A self-cleaning wand will appear to create a sanitary and intimate water stream cleanse. You are in complete control of the temperature and pressure as you select a front or rear cleanse, oscillating cleanse or pulsating cleanse. You may also decide to select one of the two user memory settings to instantly choose your customized preferences.
You can finish up by using the air dryer that reduces the moisture left behind after cleaning. The automatic flush will begin as soon as you rise. The powerful flushing of the 1G TORNADO FLUSH® system, combined with the CEFIONTECT whisks it all away for a superiorly clean bowl. You can always opt to utilize the 1.0 GPF flush for stronger jobs. A cleansing EWATER mist sprays water converted to a mild bleach to sanitize and clean the bowl. The lid automatically closes as you marvel at the beauty and technology behind the NEOREST. The NEOREST NX1 even works when not in use and will self-clean after 8 hours of in activity.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@smartbathstore.com.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@smartbathstore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Damages must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt of delivery.

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so for most products at no charge until the order ships from either the manufacturer or our warehouse. Please contact us promptly. Your order is only considered canceled once you receive a cancellation confirmation email. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
Returns:
If your order already shipped and it is returnable, we must be contacted within 30 days of delivery to begin the returns process. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns incur a restocking fee of 20%, due to manufacturer charges. We can only accept returns if we receive it back in resalable condition, i.e. the product box was unopened, and the product and original protective packaging remain fully intact. Products must be shipped back, traceable and insured, similar to the way we shipped them to you. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
