The SLi 3000 offers a sleek look and a wide range of bidet options, including front and rear wash modes, nozzle oscillation and pulse spray, plus an instant water heater that generates unlimited warm water. An LED night light brightens the bowl when the light is low, making it easier to use the toilet in low light.

The SLi 3000 is equipped with a pre-wet function that coats the bowl with water as you sit down to stop waste from sticking. Two flush options, 1.28 gallons for solid waste and 1.0 gallons for liquids, save on water. And when you’re clean, simply stand up and walk away, letting the toilet flush itself. Price Match

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Exchanges/Returns does everything we can to ensure that you receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. Please review the following guidelines on how we can help you in the event that you changed your mind, or something went wrong.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Damages must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt of delivery.

Cancellations & Returns:


If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so for most products at no charge until the order ships from either the manufacturer or our warehouse. Please contact us promptly. Your order is only considered canceled once you receive a cancellation confirmation email. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. 


If your order already shipped and it is returnable, we must be contacted within 30 days of delivery to begin the returns process. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns incur a restocking fee of 20%, due to manufacturer charges. We can only accept returns if we receive it back in resalable condition, i.e. the product box was unopened, and the product and original protective packaging remain fully intact. Products must be shipped back, traceable and insured, similar to the way we shipped them to you. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
